For the past TEN (10) years of my professional career, I have worked at various levels in the administrative support industry. As my career history below will indicate, I have worked as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, Secretary, Receptionist and Mail Clerk. From all of these varied positions, I acquired an immense amount of business skills, a penchant for detail, and the habit of always looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs. I proudly wear my “Jane of All Trades” hat while working, relishing in satisfaction when all the tasks on my “to-do list” have been completed by the end of the work day. I infuse my desire to provide the best customer/client service with the capability of being able to anticipate company/department/supervisor needs. My ability to get along well with others, make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines, and successfully coordinate in varied environments have all contributed to my professional growth and has helped my employers’ place a significant degree of trust in me. My stable work history attests to the loyalty I demonstrate to my employers as well as the administration industry. I’m more than ready to continue my professional growth by handling various/evolving duties within dynamic and challenging positions.
