This Comparable Companies model in excel contains the following sections:
- Setup Companies Tab
- Reorder Tab (To Compare Companies)
- Comparable Company Analysis Output Tab (TEV Values, Market Values...)
- Latest 10K Excel Sheets for each compared Company (30 sheets)
- Client 10 K
- WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital) Tab with Total Debt Tables from 10K

The Excel File has an Old VBA code, so you are more than welcome to update this file and re-post it in its "modernised" version!
