In this video, we look at how to forecast revenue. Revenue is perhaps the hardest thing to forecast, and for a lot of businesses, its the biggest factor determining the success of the business. Revenue, in it's most basic form, is volume x price, As a business, you probably set your own price, it's the volume part that is uncertain. Think of volume as the number of customers or clients you are providing products or services to. To break down volume, this is the product of the number of underlying volume drivers and the no. of customers each of these volume drivers attract. Depending on where your business is, your volume driver typically involves some set up costs, and enables you to attract or service more customers.

This video will enable you to better understand revenue and how to calculate it for your business. It is easy to follow and simply explained.
