Stage fright is incredibly common among public speakers and can often derail speeches and presentations. This video will help you to combat your anxiety for public speaking and allow you to present with confidence.

These three tips are:

1. Be the first person in the room:

You need to be the first person into the room. This will allow you to visualise your presentation or speech, and give yourself the inner confidence you need. It will also give you some time to prepare.

2. Bring some rhythm between you and your audience.

5 minutes before a presentation, start greeting people and let them know that you are doing a presentation. This will make your audience more engaged with your presentation, and get the support of your audience.

3. Learn how to make a connection between you and your audience.

You may have all the information and knowledge you need to give your presentation but it means nothing without being able to make a connection with your audience. Bishal demonstrates how you can connect with your audience through the use of rhetorical questions.
