This is Small Sales Performance Analysis Dashboard/ Retail Analysis / POS Analysis Report.

In this report, we have the following 2 pages.

KPIs:

In this report, I have created the following KPIs.
1.Total Sales.
2.Total Orders
3.Total Quantity
4.Total Profit
5.Best Performance Employees
6.Sales Orders %

Process:
In which the data source is an Excel file. First I have uploaded excel data into the Power BI file.
Then I did a little bit of transformation in the power query. Then created DAX measures for all above define KPIs. Then created visuals as shown in the attached images.
