Description
This is to oversee if there's an opportunity in acquiring a company that has accumulated debt.

LBO's is when money in the form of debt is used to acquire a company. It can be a great thing and work out really well a lot of the time, but it can also go very wrong.

An LBO is when a company is bought with both equity and debt. To secure and pay back the money borrowed, the company's cash flow is used.

There are way more complex ways of evaluating an LBO. This template is a simple way that you can get done in a couple of hours!

You might have suggested entering 1/1/2017 rather than simply saying "yes it does." I also note that it does not change the dates throughout the model.
            Thank you for your assistance.
