Description
This Excel template allows you to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), to create an Employee Training Plan, to keep Training Records up to date and to track and analyse your company’s Training Metrics.


You can monitor KPIs like training needs by priority, by role and by target skills, training hours, training costs vs. budget, planned vs actual trainings, trained employees, average training hours by occupational category, attendance, course evaluation, employee post-training performance, etc. All the analyses are detailed by division, by department, occupational category, tenure, by employee, by training type and targeted skill, etc.


It will help you build more effective employee training plans, to meet your training goals and to contribute to the company’s performance.


This Training Dashboard Template includes:


Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Dashboard
•  Monitor different information related to the identified training needs: training needs by priority, by department, by occupational category, by target skill, by employee and by role
•  It also shows list of employees and roles for each training need


Training KPIs Dashboard
•  Track number of courses, training hours, average training hours, training man-hours, total trained employees and participants

Using this tool is very easy, just:
• Enter or import employee data
• Conduct a training needs analysis (TNA)
• Enter training programs
• Create the training plan and regularly update training records


How to Use:
• Works on PC with Windows.
• Does not work or may not work on a MAC.
