This is an extremely powerful forecast template containing tabs for Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold, Operating Expense, Capital Expense, an Income Statement, a Balance Sheet, and a Cash Flow Statement. Cash is also reconciled on the P&L tab, which also includes a Discounted Cash Flow Valuation of the company.

The Client Service Model accommodates Commissions as well as a "Call Center" cost center where the user can specify how much outsourced help they require to handle phone duties.

As with all models at ExcelModels, this workbook contains separate tabs containing integrated financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows (reconciled on the Income Statement). All checks and balances are in-place, highlighting areas (such as a negative cash balance) where the user needs to adjust assumptions elsewhere.
