General Management KPI Dashboard Excel Template

This KPI dashboard is an effective tool that can be used to measure the performance of your business' management.

This General Management KPI Dashboard from Someka is a critical tool for evaluating how successful a company may be at reaching its targets.

Key Performance Indicators are used to demonstrate to a business its strengths and weaknesses. A KPI Dashboard thus highlights the areas of a company that needs the most attention when it comes to general management.

When evaluating the management of a business, it can be difficult to decide by which key performance metrics the evaluation will be conducted. Building your own KPI Dashboard to do this can be highly complex and time-consuming.

This ready-to-use Excel template comes complete with the following elements included:

- Key General Management Performance Indicators

- Trend Charts

- Previous Year and Target Comparisons

- Monthly and Cumulative Analysis

Someka has made life easy by also including the most popular General Management KPIs, categorizing them under 4 main headings:

1. Customer Metrics

2. Financial Performance

3. Internal Processes

4. Employee Metrics

The user is not, however, limited by these metrics, and is free to upload his/her own. Comparisons can also be made with past years' figures and future company targets.

These statistics are then reproduced as charts, allowing the user to easily read and compare the trends.

The accompanying video offers a quick and simple tutorial of how to navigate the Excel Model.

This KPI Dashboard is compatible with Microsoft Excel 2007 and later versions.
