So, this is a great question and its happened to me a lot in my career, so when someone comes to me and they're really excited to work together and then I say okay what's is your timeline? And they say "well...we need to launch in two months or something like that" and I've been in this situation time and time again where people have these outrages deadlines...So, how do I deal with that, um, first of all I always ask, okay, why is this deadline in place, why is it so important to launch on date X, and figure out what that reason is. I'm sure that many times you'll find out that people just pick this date out of thin air..."
