A highly motivated individual that has education background of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering who is an amateur learner in psychology and sociology decided to create a business to help SME companies to develop contents that creates certainty, improves information flow, increase job roles awareness, as well as expertise development. He believes by having more people to share and work together, the workplace can be developed into a family of brothers and sisters. Making a difference is not easy, but he has taken the first step.
