Kurt Lewin (1890 - 1947), was one of the fathers of social, organizational and applied psychology in the United States. He is the 18th most cited psychologist of the 20th century. He has more than 9 major publications, mostly from the 1930s and 40s. In the business world, he is famous for the "Force Field" analysis framework in the change management practice.
