After graduating, Rogers became a financial consultant for Unum. Shortly after, he purchased his own first property, and got hooked to the real estate industry where he decided to start up his own real state business, Chandler properties. Currently, alongside his own business, he works as a Senior Project manager, at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, in the auditing department as an accountant.
