Andrew Grove

Andrew Grove (1936 - 2016), was a Hungarian-American national, famous for his engineering and business contributions, in particular as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Intel (1979 - 1997). He is well-known for his unique management and style, especially the OKR Methodology (Objectives and Key Results), later popularised by John Doerr (Google). He taught at University of California, Berkeley and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
