This financial model presents a 5 year operating scenario of a Public (Charity) Foundation using publicly collected funds to directly support its initiatives. Funds are collected through donations, grants and fundraising events and support 5 different Programs (Agriculture, Education, Health, Community and Political/Social).

Outputs reports include Monthly Funding acquisition and allocation schedule, Monthly Budget (per year) including Program Implementation Expenses, Foundation Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures, Annual Financial Statements, Performance Dashboard and an Executive Summary presenting key metrics of Foundation operations.
