The Annual Leave or Holiday Tracker for Employees in Excel is compatible with providing a monthly as well as custom period view in the same Excel workbook.


This tool is very useful for keeping track of the employee's annual leave information and easily navigating the actual leave per employee in the different types of leaves they take each month or year or even in a custom period.


Mark Leave tab:

In this tab, the user will input the details of each left by an employee, all the columns provide easy access for the user to add a record in this tracker. Once the entry is added successfully you can review the leave in the Summary (Monthly) tab.


Summary (Monthly) tab:


This tab provides a comprehensive view of all the leaves taken by each employee throughout the month, you only need to select the month to review the data every month. The total columns provide overall figures of the leaves availed by each employee.


Customized Summary tab:

This tab is a masterpiece, you can view the data as per your desired period, and you only add a Start date and End date to view the data of all the Leave Types in the same workbook.
