The model incorporates the functionality of converting the outcomes of the model into Power BI, in addition to the unlimited amount of time independent scenarios and time dependant cost profiles.

Project finance model which is not fixed to any particular industry. Easy to incorporate various revenue and cost lines. Particularly useful for the feasibility study of the potential projects side by side. The main outcome of the model is to resolve the optimum price to achieve required hurdle rate, based on the flexible cost and debt terms.

In addition to the functionality described in the previous version (can be accessed by the link above), this model incorporates new features:

• Macro to convert two dimensional financial model into one dimensional data, typically used in data visualisation and data analytics;
• Power BI dashboard which improves visual presentation of the modelling outcomes;
• Ability to compare unlimited scenarios using the visualization tool.
