Coffee cards can be expensive to make and a hassle, especially when customers forget to bring them. The alternative of subscribing to a company will cost you a fortune over time! Use this template to provide your customers with an alternative method to get their free coffee. Leave the template open on a computer/laptop/phone or tablet during the workday and when they pay $50, add their name to this template and they are automatically given $55 credit. When they come in to order their coffee, search for their name either by scrolling through the alphabetical list or by searching on the document itself. Cup, mug or jug, double click what they ordered and it will automatical increase the value in that column by 1, as well as automatically decreasing the value of their "Total Credit" by however much your cup, mug, or jug costs. Once the customer does not have enough credit to purchase any more coffees, copy their remaining credit into the "excess credit" column and it will automatically add it to the $55 total credit when they purchase again, to ensure they don't waste a cent on your delicious coffee. This template is perfect for all cafes, especially cafes with regular customers and local community members that love dropping in for their coffee before work. This template will make it easier for any one employee to add a coffee of any size with the total credit automatically reducing to the correct amount.
