Excel shortcuts are exceptionally useful! In this attachment, I’ve compiled some of my most commonly used shortcuts.

Excel shortcuts are exceptionally useful! In this attachment, I’ve compiled some of my most commonly used shortcuts. Using just the keyboard, you can truly become an Excel master - throw away your mouse when using Microsoft Excel!

This tool is available to download instantly, with the shortcuts clearly laid out in an Excel document. Within this tool are the following general shortcuts:

- Formatting
- Border around selection
- Select column
- Select row
- Access data validated cell drop down
- Access tabs
- Add column or row
- Add or remove gridlines
- Insert a chart
- Select cells to the left / right
- Select cells up / down
- Select immediate used cells / range
- Insert a hyperlink
- Switch between displaying values or formulas

Also provided are the following editing shortcuts:

- Access style
- Bold cell
- Italic cell
- Copy
- Paste
- Paste as values
- Fill to the right
- Undo
- Redo
- Hide row
- Hide column
- Access edit mode
- In edit mode, absolute reference
