I am a Six Sigma Master Black Belt working in global quality for a mid-sized manufacturer. I built the Six Sigma programme at my company from nothing: no deployment, no trained belts, no governance. I designed the structure, wrote the training, and I now develop the Green Belt and Yellow Belt practitioners who run improvement projects across the business, and report the programme’s results to senior management.
