Action Plan template with tracking chart excel

A very simple, generic and user friendly template for recording actions or tasks. It can be used in any field or subject. Tracking and Following up ar possible.

Description
You enter the date of opening the action plan, and for every update to the action plan you can add the update date of the action plan.
Also, the name of the coordinator is added. The spreadsheet is easy to be edited and modified, nothing complicated.

For every action item, the following items need to be entered:

* Number of the action item
* Open date of the action item
* Main subject/issue related to the action item (can also be a department or a process name)

* Clear explanation of the action item
* Owner or the responsible of fulfilling the action item
* Any support or resources needed to accomplish it.

* Define the priority, Priority is either (Low, Medium or High), you just need to choose from the drop list.
* Add the Plan Deadline.

After every update to the action plan, enter the status of the action item and the actual deadline (if action is fulfilled). Status is either (Done, On going, Delay, Pending or?), you just need to choose from the drop list. The gap of days is calculated automatically for the accomplished actions. Finally, you can add any comment or note in the last column. All the best :)
Note: The spreadsheet is protected so the formulas will not be changed or deleted. But you can simply unprotect the spreadsheet if you would like to make any modifications.
