Discounted Payback Period Excel Model

A simple tool to calculate the Discounted PayBack Period when making a capital investment.

Description
This tool calculates the payback period for making an investment and taking into account expected future cash flows. Basic information required is the discount factor, upfront capital investment and then yearly cash inflows. You have space to capture 10 periods of cash flows. As soon as the sum of net present value cash flows become positive it will calculate the payback period in years.
