The JIRA Ticket Tracker Dashboard considers when Jira tickets were opened and then closed. Ticket categories in the report are custom based on the needs of the team using the system. This section can be adjusted to the user’s preference with ease. The Closure rate is based on when the ticket was closed, not resolved. The users can use this as a starting point to track trends and timelines for ticket creation and all stages until the ticket is closed. There is logic applied in the report that will harmonize, sum, bucket, and group datasets to fit the diagrams and charts.
