How to Be Agile in Business

Whitepaper and schematic on agility in business.

Description
'Agile' is a term used to describe a method of quickly and efficiently developing a new product, service, or process. It is highly controlled and iterative, keeping on track with quick decisions that are made by a team of users and expert developers. The concept can be applied to nearly anything- aerospace equipment, automobiles, banking services, software etc.

In rapidly developing industries, e.g. the IT industry, companies that lack agility are at a substantial disadvantage. In industries that are slowly evolving, the need for agility may be less obvious, however could still be very useful.

Similarly to other production disciplines, like Six Sigma and Lean, Agile is based on common sense. However, unfortunately, common sense is so often lost in the rush of everyday business. This tool should help you determine whether or not adopting an agile approach is right for you, and if so, how you can achieve it.
