Sensitivity & Scenario Manager — Best/Base/Worst Case Excel Template

What This Model Does

BK015 is a general-purpose sensitivity and scenario manager built for any Profit = Price x Volume x (1-Cost%) - Fixed Costs style model. A single scenario selector toggles the entire workbook between Best, Base, and Worst case driver sets, instantly recalculating every downstream output. The model builds native Excel data tables for one-way sensitivity (Profit vs. a single driver such as Volume, across 7 values) and two-way sensitivity (a full 6x6 grid crossing two drivers, such as Price and Cost%). A Scenario Dashboard summarizes Profit and Cumulative Profit across all three cases side by side with KPI cards and charts, so you can see at a glance which assumptions swing the outcome most. Every calculation uses transparent, auditable native Excel formulas — no macros, no VBA.
