Description
This Candidate Assessment Form is an Excel-based tool for HR specialist, which is created for candidate evaluation during an interview. The tool can be use for up to 10 candidates at a time.
The file has a user-friendly and simple interface, can be used unlimited number of times and adjusted for specific positions.
The Tool contains graphic representation of interview results, comparison of candidates’ performance, and generates a good-looking output for a report. 
The tool helps to assess candidates against the key requirements: education, trainings, courses, technical qualifications, work experience, knowledge of company/organization, interpersonal skills, verbal communication, supervisory experience, time management, creativity, initiative, motivation, adaptability/flexibility, customer service skills, knowledge of relevant legislation, knowledge of relevant software, and overall impression. 
This Candidate Assessment Form can be adjusted for different positions, key requirements and interviewers. 

The summary sheet helps you to compare the candidates based on their scores in each category. Besides, conditional formatting helps you to identify the candidates with the best performance. A graph a the end of the page compares scores per category for each candidate. 
The Candidate Assessment Form comes pre-filled with some artificial data, in order to illustrate its features and possibilities. The requirements should be adjusted on the 1st candidate page, if needed.
