He then stepped into the entrepreneurial world and founded and has been involved with several successful ventures. He currently is leading the Organisation Development Tools Institute, as well as being active as an investor and board member with a number of organisations. He advises and talks to entrepreneurs and business leaders Internationally on many areas including entrepreneurship, leadership, business transformation and management. He also during his career secured an MBA from DCU and CDipAF from the ACCA.
