Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Similarly to an NDA or a Confidentiality Agreement, a Mutual NDA protects information shared by all parties involved. This means that as opposed to one recipient agreeing not to share information about the provider of the contract, the agreement is made so that both parties agree not to share information about one another. An example could be if an employee is leaving a company, a mutual NDA could be signed so that the employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information of the company, meanwhile the company agrees not to disclose any information about the previous employee e.g. salary or reason for termination of contract.
