This video gives an example of how you can calculate your cash budget based on monthly sales on credit or cash and monthly wage and salary estimations. He shows how you must take into account the percentage of sales that are made on credit and the percentage of sales that are made in cash and track the percentage of the credit sales collected. Furthermore, he demonstrates how you must take into account your business' debentures and interest to be paid, any advance payments that your business may have as well as your desired minimum cash balance.
