People or companies use SWOT Analysis to conduct an objective analysis of a business. SWOT is an acronym for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. As well as looking internally at the company- at their strengths and weaknesses- companies are also advised to investigate the external environment to spot opportunities and threats. This video explains what a SWOT Analysis is before providing some examples of what could be considered in each segment.
