How do you feel when you hear “TO DO LIST”? Most probably it reminds you that you have to pay your bills or shopping list or a phone call that you have to make but you just keep delaying.

What if you could have a to do list that is fun and exciting instead of exhausting and boring?

I am using Tony Robbins goal-setting methodology and link my goals to my To Do List and make it smart, and interactive. When I look at my To do list, I no longer think of my bills, shoulds and musts. My to do list is now reminding me of the life I want to create for myself.

If you are a spreadsheet person like me and are not comfortable with journaling, you might want to give this spreadsheet a try.

This spreadsheet helps you to first of all set your goals, and map out an action plan. Then based on the action plan, you have an interactive to do list.

The entire process takes about 30 minutes, and in the end, you end up with a road map for reaching your goals and a to do list that is linked to your dreams.
