Due Diligence Guidelines

Due Diligence Guidelines outlining the objectives, the conduct, and the fees of the due diligence process.

Description
Due Diligence is an essential part of the decision to invest. Generally, it is the last chance you will get to identify any big issues regarding a potential investment, perhaps warning you to not go any further with the deal. In other cases, performing due diligence could help investors to spot significant weaknesses in the company, and therefore encourage agreeing on certain conditions on the investment to address these.

In the Investment Process, due diligence will be carried out on the companies potentially receiving investment that the Investment Commitee have pre-approved. Based on pre-acquired knowledge of the business, the Investment Commitee will give recommendations on the degree of due diligence that is required in this case.
