3. If you are utilizing the Excel template through Google Drive or another compatible online platform, all modifications and updates will be saved automatically. However, if you have downloaded the template as an .xlsx file, it is crucial to manually save any changes made before closing the document. This can be accomplished by selecting "File" and then choosing "Save."
