Reveal a hidden Christmas picture in Excel

Reveal a hidden Christmas picture in Excel

Description
⭐⭐⭐ As every year, I have created a new Christmas-based Excel video. I hope you enjoy this fun video in which a picture of Christmas stars is revealed cell-by-cell. The Excel file uses random numbers, customised and conditional formatting and a snazzy spinner button or macro button to create the magic!

1) Save and open the file - the starting value of the control cell T2 is zero
This means you see 0% of the hidden picture
2) Use the spinner buttons (up and down arrows) to increase (or decrease) the percentage of the hidden picture which visible in 5% steps
3) Alternatively, click on the macro button "Start the show" to let Excel automatically run through from 0% to 100% for you - just sit back and enjoy!

🎥 Find out how I did this and use the techniques to create your own file using a picture of your choice in my latest video.

Here you will learn:
* How to add background pictures to Excel
* How to easily generate random numbers using the RANDBETWEEN function
* How to use a custom cell format cells so that cell content is not visible
* How to use conditional formatting to reveal the picture behind selected cells
* How to add a spinner to control the percentage visible
These are all tasks that could also come in handy in other Excel files

PS Thanks to Leila Gharani for the techniques used.
