Pareto Generator

Excel tool to generate a pareto graph from a raw list

Description
This Excel tool helps to sort a raw list in descending order and generate a Pareto chart that you can copy and past in other document.
A Pareto chart is a graphical representation of data that helps to identify the most significant factors contributing to a problem. It is based on the Pareto principle, which states that 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.
The chart is made up of a bar graph and a line graph, with the bars representing the frequency or size of each factor and the line representing the cumulative percentage of the total. The factors are arranged in descending order of frequency or size, and the chart allows users to quickly identify the most important factors that need to be addressed.
Pareto charts are commonly used in quality control and process improvement initiatives, as they help to identify the root causes of problems and prioritize corrective actions. They are also useful in identifying the most profitable products or customers, as well as in identifying the most common customer complaints. Overall, Pareto charts provide a powerful tool for analyzing data and identifying the most significant factors that need to be addressed in order to improve a process or solve a problem.
