Adapt Your Management to the Autonomy of your Employee

Presentation about the management Styles and the Autonomy of Employees

Description
In this presentation you will learn:

* To define a person's professional autonomy
* That the professional autonomy can improve or decline over time depending on the development of skills and the degree of employee's Commitment
* To recognize the 4 styles of management (Directive, Persuasive, Concerted, Delegate)
* To identify which management method to apply depending on the level of autonomy of the employee

Depending on the level of Competence and the degree of Commitment, a person can demonstrate a Low, Average or High autonomy

Depending on the context, the work to be done and the employee's autonomy, the manager must be able to switch from one mode to another or even apply them all while making the appropriate mode dominate over the others

At the end of the module, there are 4 quizzes on the subject:

* 2 quizzes to recognize the management style applied
Example:
John makes a point with David for his meeting with a client
He asks him to know the main characteristics of the products and the production capacity of the company
He reminds him to know the different stages of the production process.
He gives him a checklist of questions to ask the customer
Question: Recognize the management mode applied by the manager David

* 2 quizzes to estimate a person's level of autonomy

You have to authorize the execution of macros to answer the quizzes (in slideshow mode).
