Networking Keep in Touch Template

This is an Excel template for recording contacts when networking.

By ValuationGuru (Wall Street Oasis)

This is a simple Excel template that allows you to keep track of your networking contacts.

This template is a handy tool that gives order to the contacts you have on your laptop and that helps you stay on top of networking. The tool allows you to organise the contacts under several categories: Senior Level, Junior Level, CoWorkers, In College and Family.

For each category, you can insert their personal details, such as their last name, their first name, the name of the company and of the past company, the industry, the position they have, their phone number, email address and the dates of when you last got in contact with them.

It's recommended to follow up with contacts at least every six months (please note that this is an indicative span of time - some might want it longer or shorter). The column that indicates when you were last in contact with them will turn red after 6 months, to help you take action and get in touch.

If you have any comments or questions concerning the tool, please do not hesitate to start a discussion below or get in touch with the Author via private message.
