A model for a real estate fund that allows the integration and forecasting of multiple properties incomes and renovation

Description
This financial model was created to model any number of properties held in a fund structure by multiple investors. The model allows for an unlimited number of properties, purchased at different dates, with waterfall structure of redemptions and different financing options, including blanker financing.
Block 1 - General information (conclusions)
Global Inputs: Fund Start Date, Reinvestment Rate, IRR, GP, LP (calculated field), Interest Rate (%), Number of Years, Number of Payments Per Year, Interest Only Term
Investor Report: EXISTING DEALS, Amount Invested, Cash Out Option, Roll Into Fund Option, % Ownership, TOTAL VALUE REALIZED, (there is an active macro on the page, with which you can select both individual apartments for analysis and get information on all at once)
