Robot as a Service Financial Model in Excel

A Financial model in Excel to evaluate the production of a Robot as a Service Business.

Description
More and more firms will have to replace their employees with robots. The trends is especially strong in hospitality, especially hotels and restaurants, the construction industry, and production. Firms producing robots want to follow Xerox's footsteps and offer their robots in the form of a subscription. In this business model, the robots are owned by the firm producing robots that rents them to customers and is a reward through some sort of subscription fee. The subscription can be calculated either per 1 robot or per unit produced, serviced. In this model, we have created a financial model for a firm producing robots that charges its customer's fixed fee per 1 robot. We model all the costs as well as the cash flow and profit and loss statement.
As always in our models, the assumptions are in blue. By changing them you can adjust the model to your needs. We have estimated the cash flow on operating, investment, and financial levels. We have also estimated the working capital. You can also adjust the Debt level and equity paid in by investors. You can also model the churn rate by cohorts.
We model in detail the Capex, costs of production, and maintenance
