These will allow you to monitor the progress your business is making towards its ultimate vision. These strategic goals will be specific, measurable and time based - this will therefore allow you to measure your progress over set periods of time. The final stage in this 4 point plan is establishing a set of core values that will bind your team together. These values, if adhered to, will help your team unite under the common goals of your vision, helping to steer your business towards its ultimate goal.
