This Multifamily Development Proforma provides the perfect mixture of speed and detailed analysis. It can be either used as a quick Back-of Envelope Screening Model or as the foundation for detailed underwriting. All the inputs will occur in only one tab with the following sections:-Project Information and development timeline-Reversion at Stabilization and after hold period-Construction Debt Sizing and Refinance Analysis-Rent Roll and Other Income (includes Commercial Rent)-Operating Expenses-Development Program and Hard Cost Calculator-Development BudgetThe model includes an Executive Summary, Levered CF, Yield Analysis and Proforma Tab.
