In this video, I’ll review the résumé of Yash.

Yash is currently an MBA student at HEC Paris and he is planning to apply to McKinsey later this year.

We decided to go through his résumé where I gave him feedback on what was good and how to improve the parts of his résumé that didn’t work.

For instance, we discussed:

How to better show the impact he had in his previous experiences by including these 3x key components: the problems he had to solve, how he resolved them, and the results of his actions.

And the 4x skills (problem-solving, leadership, personal impact, drive) that McKinsey, and ALL top consulting firms such as BCG or Bain, are looking for on a résumé.

The cool thing about this is that you can use these feedbacks to improve your résumé and land a lot of job interviews.
