It is often tough to communicate efficiently 💬 internally in a Startup Studio, so that team members 👩‍🤝‍🧑 of all startups .🌟 are aware of the performance 📈 of other startups. Thus, at adVentures Startup Studio, I created an internal Monthly Reporting template 📅📊 to solve this 💡 and that I deliver every month to everyone. 😊

What it includes for each Startup + The Studio itself:
- Top Achievements (3 max) 🔝
- Work in Progress/Objectives (3 max) 🔨👷‍♀️
- Evolution of Key Performance Indicators KPIs (3 max) 📈🔑

The Document 📜 is then sent to all Studio Employees (Startups + Central Team). 👩‍💼👨‍💼

The main benefits of using this template are: ✅👌
- get a quick glance of where each organisation is at. 👀
- focus on key points 🗝
- encourage communication and build synergies between startups 🗣 🤝
- go beyond the marketing/ communication aspect and go to deep operational reporting (no need to hide that things are tough in some areas as being transparent to your teams has tremendous benefits). 💪

This template 📜 can be also used each Quarter/ each Year at the Studio. 📅

This Document is built for 4 startups 🌟 + 1 studio but you can easily extend this by copying and pasting the 4 first blocks into a second page. ⏪
