NetSuite Multi-Entity Consolidation Control Pack

A formula-driven Excel control pack for reconciling four-entity NetSuite trial balances, intercompany balances, eliminations, CTA, and close-readiness controls.

Description
The NetSuite Multi-Entity Consolidation Control Pack gives finance teams a controlled Excel workflow for bringing four approved trial-balance exports into one group close. It separates yellow unlocked input cells from protected formulas, translates EUR, GBP and AUD balances into group-currency USD, pairs reciprocal intercompany balances, records consolidation eliminations and CTA, and exposes unresolved differences before sign-off.

The workbook contains 1,120 illustrative rows across PARENT, SUB1, SUB2 and SUB3. Fifteen balance-sheet integrity checks feed an executive cockpit whose master lock passes only when the governed mathematical conditions are satisfied. Two native charts use local workbook ranges, and the release includes a user manual, quick-start guide, cutover sign-off template and sample CSV.

The pack does not connect to NetSuite automatically, post journals, replace accounting policy, or provide assurance. Users must replace the illustrative data with approved source-system exports, review exchange rates and mappings, investigate unusual entries, and obtain appropriate preparer and reviewer approval before operational reliance.

A seven-tab Excel consolidation control pack for four NetSuite entities, 1,120 trial-balance rows, local-currency translation, bilateral intercompany matching, elimination control, CTA, and fifteen close-readiness checks. Approved exports remain separate from protected calculations; no live NetSuite connection is claimed.

This Best Practice includes
7-tab Excel workbook, 3 PDF operating guides, and illustrative CSV dataset.
