This ready to use Excel Template allows you to monitor periodic checks and controls of your equipment, machines, devices, vehicles, documents, systems, etc. It allows you to analyze the condition of the equipment and automatically generates the schedule for the regular safety inspections.


It will help you ensure that workplaces continually meet safety standards, to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.


The safety inspection report allows you to monitor:

• Scheduled safety inspections during the year, expired and currently expiring inspections. The schedule is automatically generated based on the frequency of periodic inspections defined by the user.
• Inspections expiration alerts
• Overall results of safety inspections
• Detailed results of safety inspections by inspection type, by location and by equipment, machine, device, vehicle, document, system, etc.

Using this template is very easy:

• Define the different company locations, the categories of work tools to be inspected, and the frequency of inspections
• Regularly enter or import periodic safety inspections data

Template Requirements:

• Works on PC with Windows.
• Does not work on a MAC.
