Interactive Employee Directory Dashboard with Dynamic Filters is a powerful tool designed to streamline employee management by providing a clear, interactive interface to view and filter employee data. This template allows users to easily filter the directory by department and country, making it ideal for HR teams, managers, or organizations with global teams.
The dashboard features two slicers for quick filtering:
- Department Slicer – This allows users to filter the data by specific departments like Operations, Technology, or Finance.
- Country Slicer – This enables users to view employees based on their location, helping global teams track employees across different regions.
- Open the Dashboard: Once opened, you'll see an overview of employee data, including names, job titles, departments, countries, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Use the Slicers:
- First Filter (Department or Country): Start by selecting any department or country using the corresponding slicer. For instance, if you want to view employees in the Technology department, click the department slicer and select "Technology." This will filter the data and highlight only employees in the selected department.
- Apply a Second Filter: After applying the first filter, you can further refine your search by selecting a second slicer. For example, if you select "Spain" in the Country slicer, the dashboard will highlight only employees in the Technology department who are located in Spain.
- First Filter (Department or Country): Start by selecting any department or country using the corresponding slicer. For instance, if you want to view employees in the Technology department, click the department slicer and select "Technology." This will filter the data and highlight only employees in the selected department.
- Dynamic Categories: Based on the data provided, the slicers can be easily modified to include any other relevant categories, such as job titles, regions, or employment status. This flexibility allows users to customize their dashboard according to specific needs.
- View Results: The data is dynamically updated to reflect your selections, making it easy to get insights at a glance.
