One Page Marketing Plan for Anyone to Use

List your major ideas down to focus on strategy conclusions.

Description
The "One page marketing plan" below has been slightly adapted from learnings from the original marketing guru, Philip Kotler (Even he does not believe in 100 page plans!).

It is a short, simple sheet of paper that lays down the basic marketing components or categories like your Mission/Objectives, Target Market, Offering, Pricing, Distribution, Communication- as you may know, the common 4Ps we all love so much in marketing. Though, with the highlight that that is all there is to it!

You may find something along these lines in an old book by Kotler called "Marketing Management" over 20 years ago, but I think the principles are still valid.

You may use this template to list down your big thoughts so you are enabled to focus on your strategies instead.

The template is available as a Word file- you will find a blank template as well as a mocked-up sample plan. The mock sample should guide you on how to fill up the template.

This is a 2 part tool. You will also find the "One Page Marketing Plan: Get Customers to Choose you" on the Eloquens catalog.

I’d love to hear your opinions. What's your opinion on one-page marketing plans? What do you use as a marketing plan, and why? In which ways would you improve the given templates? Share your ideas on the discussion feed below.
