Lender Business Model (UNLOCKED)

Enables Lender or Creditor to compute loan originations, payouts, and loan sales. Displays up to 4 borrower profiles.

NOTE: A free DEMO version of this model can be found at:

● 4 color-coded borrower risk profiles
● Input rates, fees, bounties, & repays
● CF from interest & aftermarket sales

Model contains:
● Financial model describing a Lending Company licensed (through the SBA) to make government-guaranteed loans of up to 75% of face value
● Model calculates loan originations for each of 4 specific borrower profiles, as well as Cash Flows generated from Interest Income and secondary market sales
● Color-coded and footnoted global assumptions sheet accepts inputs for Rates, Fees, loan Repayment, and Commissions for each Distribution Channel
● Originations and assumptions drive tabs for Revenue, COGS, Headcount assumptions, Payroll, Overhead, OpEx, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement

As with all models at ExcelModels, this workbook contains separate tabs containing integrated financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. All checks and balances are in-place, highlighting areas (such as a negative cash balance) where the user needs to adjust assumptions elsewhere.

This template contains clearly-labeled input cells. All other cells are locked for calculation, labeling, or other use. This focuses the user on the Key Assumptions they have control over, and prompts an accurate forecast.

We also provide model customization and build-out on an hourly or project basis. Please contact us for more information. Thanks.
