1st Page _ P & L : With this Power bi file you will be informed for the most important metrics of your hotel like Revenue , Adr, Occupancy, Room nights .
Costs by month and of course Profit by month.

2nd Page _ CVP : Cost Volume Profit analysis. Do you know how many rooms you have to sell to get break even? What's the average daily rate for current Room nights to get break even? Detailed monthly analysis of Sales, Variable costs, Contribution, Fixed costs and Profit.

3rd Page_ What if : If we change the average daily rate what will happen?How it will affect revenue, expenses, contribution, profit, break even sales, room quantity and occupancy.

More metrics can be included to the report after special request.

Steps after buying:
If you buy it, you will get a power bi file which requires installation of Power Bi Desktop and sign up to create and an account ( easy to make one ).
This file is an example of what the report contains. You have to send me the excel file with tables of data and I will make the file work for you with special requests included.
To complete the report I need the following :

1. Excel table with Revenues by day or month or year or any time frame.
2. Excel table with room nights by day or month or year or any time frame.
3. Excel table with costs by day or month or year or any time frame.(Costs will be classified as fixed, variable or semi-variable, depends on their behaviour)
