How to Value a Stock and When You Should Buy A Stock

This video discusses how to determine the value of a stock by using six fundamental metrics, and when to buy a stock.

Description
This video by Ryan Scribner talks about how to value a stock so that you can determine when to buy a stock. The aim is to invest in stock when the price is below the value. But the big question is how does one calculate the value of a stock? This video will outline 6 metrics you can look at to figure out the value of an investment. This will in turn help you to determine if it is wise or not to buy a stock.

The six fundamental metrics are:

1) Price to Earnings Ratio (PE)
2) Price to Book Ratio (PB)
3) Price to Earning to Growth (PEG)
4) Return on Equity (ROE)
5) Debt to Equity Ratio
6) Current Ratio

These are the metrics Ryan looks at when trying to determine the value of a stock, and when to buy it.
